Let the Game be the Teacher

At Football4ALL we believe that players learn to play football by playing... football! We use fun games and activities that challenge the players to improve their skills in a positive learning environment. 

All of our programs are based on the Football Federation Australia (FFA) Player Development Curriculum which is based on "world's best practice". We use the FFA building blocks methodology to develop programs that are suited to our particpants "playing age" (age/abilty). The 'Building Blocks' methodolgy has four main development phases:

	Ages 5-8	Discovery Phase
	Ages 8-12	Skill Aquisition Phase
	Ages 11-15	Game Training Phase
	Ages 16+	Performance Phase

By designing our programs around the ability of the participants we ensure that the players are challanged but not over extended.  

All our coaches are FFA licensed and are experienced in coaching players of all ages and abilities. We have a very low coach to player ratio so we can give each participant the attention they deserve.

School Holiday Clinics

Football4ALL runs coaching clinics in most school holidays. Our programs are great fun for kids as well as giving them the opportunity to improve their football skills. We offer three programs based on the participant's skill development stage. All clinics are suitable for boys and girls of all abilities. Academy Coaching

In February 2012 Football4ALL will be launching a Talented Player Program for players playing in the U10-U13 age groups. There will also be an introductory program for U9s and U10s. The program will be based in Avalon but open to talented players from any club. Please click here for more information.

Football4ALL is a proud partner of the Avalon Soccer Club Junior Player Academy. The Academy program is a key part of the Player Development program instigated at the Club by Football4ALL founder Matt Whitten in his role as Junior Coaching Director. Personalised Coaching

Football4ALL can provide personalised coaching programs for individuals, small groups or teams. We will design a program to fit your requirements - such as preparation for team grading or to work on a particular tactical aspect of the game.
